steep2. Warming the teapot.Pour hot water over the teapot to raise its temperature.

steep3. Put in and smell the tea.Put the tea leaves into the pot.cover the pot lid and shake to let the tea release its fragrance in the residual heat of the pot. Remove the lid and smell, you can smell the light floral and fruit fragrance. Then pour hot water around 90 degrees to brew the tea for 5-10 seconds, depending on your preference for the strength of your tea.

steep4. After 5 seconds, pour the tea into the fair cup and distribute to each tea cup. At this point, be sure to open the teapot lid so that the tea leaves can contact with air, avoid the tea leaves braise in the teapot for too long, which could affect subsequent brewing.

steep5. Smell the fragrance.Have a taste, you’ll find it’s very fragrant, with the wood-fruit aroma spreading in your mouth.
